Abstract

Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which is in our days affecting our country, updates certain issues of doctror’s criminal liability in the performance of his duties, which mainly arise due to the disproportion between health care needs and available resources. The present article attempts to approximate these and other related issues.
