Health Intercultural Mediation. A New Concept

Abstract

Abstract: The terms "intercultural mediation" and "intercultural mediator" concerns an institution that uses in an organized and targeted way the cultural closeness of the service provider to the person who needs it. In a country such as Greece, where migration flows are increasing, intercultural health mediation has to be integrated and applied to the Greek health care system.
